The initial consultation costs is $280 and every session afterwards is $210. Inner Light Counseling Services contracts with several major insurance companies including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medica, Preferred One, Aetna, Sanford Health Plan, Medicaid, United Healthcare, UMR, and Health Partners. Inner Light Counseling Services is also a provider for several different EAP's (Employee Assistance Programs) in the Fargo area including Live Well Solutions, Vital Worklife, Empathia, and Health Advocate. When using these services there will be no charge to the client. Client should check with their Human Resource Department to determine if their employer is participating with any of the above EAP's.

As a counselors and therapists, we are not legally allowed to prescribe medications. However, based on a joint assessment of problems you are facing, it may be advisable to consult with a psychiatrist or family physician to determine whether medication is warranted. Typically, clients see someone under their health insurance coverage or we can refer you to a psychiatrist or family physician.
