
Fostering authentic relationships is my strength and passion as a counselor. I enjoy empowering
and creating a non judgemental space for all. I believe everyone has a story to be heard and
live a life on their own terms. I use several evidenced based practices to help support you on
your journey such as: CBT, DBT, ACT, Gottman techniques, CPT, Motivational Interviewing,
Solution Focused Approach, Coping and Wellness Skills, Conflict and Listening Skills, Identity
Concerns, Caregiver Stress and Burnout, Grief and Loss, LGBTQ Care, Trauma, Self
Compassion, Guilt and Shame, and Mindfulness. I also graduated with a BA in Psychology and
MEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from NDSU. My goal is to support you and your goals
